Parent & Me: Learn American Mahjong Together

Looking for a fun way to spend quality time together while learning something new? Join us for Parent & Me Mahjong,
a beginner-friendly class designed for one adult and one child to learn
the basics of American Mahjong side by side.Together, you'll discover
the tiles, suits, Charleston, and game play through interactive
instruction, hands-on practice, and plenty of laughter. No prior
experience is needed, we'll guide you every step of the way. Whether
you're looking for a unique bonding experience, a new family hobby, or a
chance to unplug and connect, this class is the perfect introduction to
the wonderful world of mahjong.

What you'll learn:

    •    Tile identification and terminology

    •    Understanding The Big Card and The Little Card from The Mahjong Line

    •    Basic game setup and etiquette

    •    How to build winning hands

    •    Guided practice playing together

All game materials are provided during class.

Recommended for: One adult (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or guardian) and one child, ages 8 and up.
