Instructional Open Studio hours: ** November 8th, we will have a youth pottery from 1pm - 2:30pm, and the handbuilding area will be closed for open studio. WE ARE CLOSED THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 24th through 30th. The goal of Open Studio is for students to work freely on their own projects within a flexible schedule. Open Studio is open to students that have completed Wheel 1 or Handbuilding. During these hours students may come in and work. This is not a led class, but a working studio where questions can be addressed to instructors and peers. We hope to create an environment where students can experiment and get creative while having a community of support!
Times and dates are subject to change. Students can come to any or all time slots. Please note to have your space cleaned up by 8:45 as the center closes promptly at 9pm.
Students who have completed an introductory class may participate in Open Studio. Open Studio participants pay a monthly fee of $85, which includes the use of half a baker's rack to store their items. They may also pay an additional $10.00 monthly for a locker, if available. The monthly studio rate includes access on Monday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM. If you are no longer participating in the monthly open studio, please ensure your shelf and locker are cleaned out by the 15th of the following month, or you will be charged for that month. All shelves and lockers will be cleaned out after the 15th. Any items left behind will become the property of the studio.
No outside clay, bisque, or glazed pieces are allowed, nor do we allow clay to be taken out of the studio and brought back in to fire, etc. This is very important as damage to equipment can occur.

*** November 15th, we will have an adult handbuilding workshop from 10:30am - 12:30pm and the handbuilding area will be closed for open studio$75.00 monthly, plus the cost of clay. (Normally it's 85, but we are closed for a week)
Ages 15+
Clay is not provided but may be purchased for $1.50 a pound (sold in 25 lbs bags).Students will need to bring their own hairdryer, towel, and tools.
We do provide studio glazes made by instructors. No outside clay will be allowed. If bringing in commercial glazes, they need to be cone 5 and an instructor or PAC staff will need to sign off before using.

Participants must currently be 15 years to 120 years old.
Registration starts on 09/26/2025 and ends on 11/15/2025.
